Job Overview: As a Telephone Triage Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality healthcare services remotely. You will assess patients' needs over the phone, provide medical advice, and direct them to appropriate levels of care. Quality Assurance: Adhere to established protocols, standards of care, and regulatory requirements to ensure the delivery of safe and effective telephone triage services. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a reputed company unrestricted/unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (Will need a multistate compact license in the state of permanent residence and an active California license. Upon hire will need to apply for other licenses as directed.) Experience: Previous experience in telephone triage, emergency nursing, or other relevant clinical settings preferred. Minimum 3 years experience working in a hospital setting. Clinical Skills: Proficient in clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making in a remote environment.
