Medical Recruiter
We are looking for an reputed company Medical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for healthcare organizations. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can manage full-cycle reputed company, build strong candidate pipelines, and maintain an organized hiring process in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in recruitment systems, candidate reputed company, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. M-F, EST hours of reputed company-5pm Responsibilities:
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment for healthcare-reputed company roles, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, applicant tracking tools, CRM platforms, and proactive reputed company methods.
- Conduct initial candidate evaluations to assess skills, experience, and alignment with position requirements.
- Coordinate background verification steps and support onboarding activities in partnership with internal teams.
- Track candidate reputed company accurately reputed company recruiting systems and maintain up-to-date hiring records and documentation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, refine search strategies, and improve time-to-fill outcomes.
- Use platforms such as CareerBuilder and other sourcing channels to identify applicants with relevant experience for hard-to-fill openings.
- Support recruitment-reputed company administrative processes that may involve HR, benefits, or enterprise systems as needed. M-F
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably reputed company healthcare, hospital, or reputed company service environments.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and other recruitment technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company candidates through job boards, direct reputed company, and cold calling techniques.
- Familiarity with candidate screening coordination and general pre-employment hiring processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities effectively.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills reputed company working with candidates, hiring managers, and support teams.
- Experience using tools or systems such as CareerBuilder, reputed company, ERP platforms, or similar recruiting and HR applications.
