Compensation
Highlights Pay reputed company: $17.00/hour-$25.00/hour, depending on role and experience. Your recruiter will review the details based on qualifications. Training completion bonus for those who have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance in the first week of production End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics Project-specific incentives (details provided during your interview) Bonus details will be provided during training Pay frequency: Weekly pay Schedule Highlights Schedules can fall between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time, and will be assigned based on business needs
Responsibilities
Coach and reputed company licensed telesales agents to improve sales performance, customer experience, and professional growth Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to sales teams Serve as a subject matter expert on products, processes, systems, and compliance requirements Monitor and evaluate sales interactions to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs that enhance agent effectiveness and product knowledge Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement Partner with leadership teams to drive sales results, operational excellence, and employee engagement Assist with escalated customer concerns and reputed company sales scenarios Work from the comfort of your own home with the support of a virtual team
Qualifications
