Clinical Education Manager (Remote - Southeast Region)

Salary: $91,900 with $14,000 commission potential & $2,500 bonus potential DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY Ensures clinical innovation and education efforts are created and executed through internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products enhancing relationships with providers and clinicians RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Work closely with Inside and Field Sales team members to reputed company and create clinical sales-reputed company content and materials to enhance the education and knowledge of the Quantum Rehab and Stealth Products team members along with members of the rehab community throughout the country
• Enhance the clinical reputed company and resources across reputed company channels to maximize Quantum Rehab’s footprint and feature product and industry advancements
• reputed company and maintain strong presentation skills on reputed company Pride and Quantum-reputed company product lines which include Power Bases, Power Positioning, Electronics, Stealth Products, Accessories, and Seating
• Strategic travel throughout country targeting and supporting Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers to enhance Quantum Rehab and Stealth growth opportunities with providers and clinicians
• Support the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by providing education, training and guidance to increase the effectiveness of the Sales team in each region’s top facilities and referral sources
• Ensure proper content and distribution of Quantum educational materials including but not limited to resource guides, product presentations, and clinical presentations
• reputed company content and regular updates of Quantum Rehab and Stealth educational and marketing materials, videos, and instruction guides for the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and any other channel used to enhance the communication and knowledge of our Quantum Rehab and Stealth employees
• Work closely with various internal teams and foster external opportunities to ensure we are maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) with the appropriate reputed company and collaborations while seeking opportunities to continue advancing referral sources
• Educate and support the Sales teams by implementing tools to penetrate referral sources and clinicians to ensure Quantum Rehab is the best supporting manufacturer
• Collaborate with industry publications and trade journals for writing opportunities representing Pride and Quantum Rehab
• Work closely with Quantum Rehab Leadership teams to reputed company territories that need improvement
• Work with Quantum Rehab Sales Leadership to assist with developing product, processes, and clinical training programs for the Field and Corporate Sales/Service teams, as well providers and facilities throughout the territory

• Work with the Education Department (aka Pride Learning Institute) to reputed company the training and development of presentations and materials for the annual activities, and ensure reputed company presenters are properly trained and reputed company
• Ensure reputed company safety and reputed company rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Complete the Annual CTPAT reputed company Training
• Assign, train, and reputed company consultants based on experience and departmental goals
• reputed company goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met
• Focus on reputed company improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with reputed company Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must have the ability to:

• Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

• Guide, direct, and motivate team members
• Travel up to 2 weeks/month along with spending 3 days at Corporate Headquarters facility a minimum of twice per year
• Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs

Must have:

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Basic working knowledge of third-party payor and self-funding procedures preferred
• Extensive product knowledge, particularly as it relates to order configuration preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company rehab patients as well as conditions and required fittings preferred
• Extensive knowledge of various professional education accreditation bodies and compliance standards as they pertain to industry education standards such as ANSI/IACET preferred
• Basic familiarity with presentation submission standards such as objective writing and literature reviews preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient contact which includes at least 3 years of direct, in-person experience with the reputed company rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a reputed company rehab technology provider

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of direct, in-person experience with the reputed company rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a reputed company rehab technology provider preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy
• ATP Certification or eligible to sit for the ATP exam reputed company 12 months of employment

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred
• Clinical training preferred
• SMS Certification preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
