Accountabilities
- Own and evolve global podcast marketing strategy, aligning audience growth with reputed company and brand objectives
- reputed company end-to-end campaign architecture across launch, lifecycle, and franchise growth initiatives
- Establish scalable performance marketing infrastructure, including analytics and KPI governance
- Serve as executive reputed company for strategic platform relationships (e.g., reputed company Podcasts, reputed company)
- Drive omnichannel growth strategies across organic and paid media channels
- Partner with Sales and Operations to integrate marketing initiatives with monetization goals

Requirements
- 12–15+ years of leadership experience in podcast or digital audio marketing

- Strong command of podcast analytics and performance tools
- Excellent executive communication skills to influence stakeholders
- Experience leading distributed or remote teams at scale
