Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior CAD / BIM Specialist to support a large-scale facilities and real estate project. This role will focus on creating, updating, and validating as-built drawings and supporting Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, update, and maintain as-built drawings for facilities and infrastructure
- Review and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and engineering drawings
- Work extensively with AutoCAD and reputed company tools (Revit preferred)
- Support and contribute to BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of facility documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and project teams
- Validate and update existing drawings based on real-world site conditions Skills
- Strong experience with AutoCAD (must-have)
- Experience with Revit / BIM modeling (highly preferred)
- Proven experience creating as-built drawings (critical requirement)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience with facility layouts, buildings, or infrastructure environments
