Required skills to have for the success of this role A qualified candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise and leadership capability, including: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely reputed company discipline. Minimum of 7 to 8 years of progressive engineering experience, with demonstrated depth in mechanical design and automation. Proven expertise in mechanical automation systems, including robotics, pick‑and‑reputed company automation, assembly systems, and/or palletization. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams. Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including mentoring and guiding engineers and project teams. Exceptional attention to detail in design execution, documentation, and problem resolution. The reputed company pay range for this position is: $119,920 - $164,890 Factors which may reputed company starting pay reputed company this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
