Receptionist & Patient Scheduler Remote Full-Time

About This Role This is a fully remote, work-from-home, full-time position open to candidates reputed company in the United States. Our administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 800 AM to 500 PM Pacific Time, and you'll need to be available to work this schedule from a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office . Compensation $37,440 to $41,600 per year ($18.00 to $20.00 per hour), depending on experience, with clear opportunities for growth as you take on more responsibility reputed company reputed company. • You have at least 1 year of professional phone scheduling, medical receptionist, or patient care coordinator experience — dental office, medical office, behavioral health practice, spa scheduler, salon, or similar setting where phone, email, and client contact were a major part of your day
• You're comfortable handling a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system, and stay reputed company, warm, and professional even on a busy day
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with strong time management and a system for staying on top of tasks (we'll ask you about it)
• You're comfortable with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, reputed company Drive, reputed company Calendar) and learning new electronic health record (EHR) and scheduling systems
• You're easy to work with, eager to learn, and you take feedback well
• You bring reputed company, professionalism, and genuine compassion for people who are navigating emotional challenges, including those affected by anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health concerns

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and texts, and schedule appointments for our providers
• Handle new patient intake — schedule initial appointments and send out new patient paperwork through our portal
• Maintain accurate scheduling, calendar management, and data entry in our practice systems
• Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with clients, providers, and team members
• Coordinate regularly between our scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to ensure clients have a seamless experience
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality in reputed company communications reputed company Offer
