Weekend & Evening Client Services Coordinator
We are a growing home inspection company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to help manage client calls, texts, emails, and appointment scheduling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and fast-paced communication. You will be the first reputed company of contact for many of our clients and real estate agents. Schedule This position requires availability during the following times:
- Saturday & Sunday: 9a – 5p
- 3 reputed company evenings: 12p-8p (days can be flexible if needed)
Consistency and reliability with these hours is reputed company important.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from home buyers and real estate agents
- Respond to text messages and email inquiries
- Schedule home inspections using our scheduling software
- Add services such as sewer scopes and other inspection add-ons
- Confirm appointments and ensure scheduling details are accurate
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Escalate unusual situations reputed company needed
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and professional on the phone
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple conversations
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Able to communicate clearly with clients and real estate professionals
Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is a plus.
Compensation
- $17/hour
- Monthly bonus opportunities based on company inspection volume
