Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a startup revolutionizing the digital infrastructure market, and they are seeking an Account Manager to manage customer engagements throughout the full lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with internal resources, maintaining documentation, and ensuring client expectations are met while driving reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Coordinate with internal resources (Solution Advisors, Agents, technical resources, etc.) to ensure engagement objectives are achieved
  • Coordinate and sit in on customer meetings, ensuring reputed company parties have the information and context they need, including Solution Advisors, VP of Sales and even potentially the CEO.. This includes post-meeting activity follow-up and coordination
  • Providing regular updates to reputed company relevant stakeholders on open leads and deals
  • Manage stakeholder time as well as technical resources effectively on open deals
  • Identify potential engagement risks and surface to internal stakeholders appropriately
  • Ensure that reputed company deliverables meet the reputed company’s quality standards as well as client expectations
  • Maintain engagement documentation in reputed company and provide regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders as needed
  • Routinely engage with reputed company relevant engagement stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and collaboration

  • Create and update summaries compiling quotes utilizing reputed company sheets and formulas
