Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
