The successful candidate will have a proven background specifically reputed company SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance/ (Goals) modules. This is a 100% remote role, however due to restrictions, individuals must be based in the U.S. and currently residing in one of the following States – Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee or Texas. The Role As a Subject Matter Expert and Product reputed company on the HRIS team (Compensation and Performance) you will reputed company the strategy, configuration, and reputed company improvement of my client’s SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance (Goals) modules. In this consulting role, you will partner closely with HR leadership and global stakeholders to define priorities, manage the product backlog, and drive enhancements that optimize system functionality and user experience. This role requires a highly proactive, self-directed individual who can independently reputed company initiatives, influence stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions across the organization. The Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product reputed company for SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance (Goals) modules
• Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions and configurations
• reputed company and support annual and cyclical processes (e.g., compensation planning, performance reviews, goal management), ensuring timely and high-quality execution
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and improve user experience
• Act as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and delivery of business outcomes
• Manage and support semi-annual SuccessFactors releases, including impact analysis, testing, and communication to stakeholders
• Establish and promote global standards and best practices across Compensation and Performance processes to enhance consistency, scalability, and maintainability
• Provide guidance and thought leadership on HR technology capabilities, helping shape future-state processes and solutions
• Support data reputed company, reporting, and audit readiness reputed company the Compensation and Performance domains
• Participate in and reputed company global HRIS projects and initiatives as needed

The Candidate

• Proven HRIS experience, including specific hands-on SuccessFactors experience spanning numerous projects
• Proven experience working with SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance/Goals modules
• Demonstrated ability to act as a Product reputed company or functional reputed company, managing priorities and driving delivery with minimal reputed company
• Strong understanding of HRIS architecture, design, and HR business processes
• Broader HR functional experience across Compensation, Performance, and Talent processes
• Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams
• Project management experience, including Agile or product management methodologies
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
