- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health data collected through remote monitoring devices
- Communicate with patients and their healthcare team to provide updates on patient reputed company and address any concerns or issues

- Educate patients and their families on how to use remote monitoring devices and manage their health conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Qualifications
- Active nursing license in the state of Idaho

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and software
