• *Key Responsibilities
• Transcribe detailed clinical notes during live patient-provider interactions with precision and speed using eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Input, update, and manage patient information accurately reputed company EHR/EMR systems
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of patient history, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company medical records in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Prepare accurate medical records for provider review, billing support, and future reference
• Verify medical terminology, anatomy references, and physiology details reputed company documentation for accuracy
• Respond promptly to provider requests for clarification or additional information during patient encounters
• Support care coordination by updating charts with lab results, imaging reports, and consultation notes
• *Qualifications
• *Required
• Proven experience with transcription and medical documentation in a clinical or specialty setting
• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW); familiarity with Epic, reputed company, or similar EHR platforms a plus
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical workflows
• Ability to type quickly and accurately under pressure to reputed company pace with live encounters
• Knowledge of urology or surgical specialty ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure error-free records
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting
• Must be US-based and authorized to work in the United States
