Child Protection Case Manager
Company: SIVS LLC (Special Investigation Services) Position: Case Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Remote – Significant domestic travel required Compensation: $50,000 – $100,000 (plus USG travel per diem) Position Summary SIVS LLC is seeking reputed company, decisive 1099 Child Protection Case Managers to support our USG contract to find and help protect children from abuse, neglect, abandonment, and human trafficking. As an on-the-ground leader, you will supervise small field teams (licensed Private Investigators, off-duty police, and licensed social workers), ensure full compliance with standards, and deliver real-time quality reputed company on high-stakes wellness checks and site visits. Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and train small field teams during site visits, wellness checks, and address confirmations across the United States.
- Serve as the on-site reputed company of contact for reputed company task orders, coordinating with the Deputy Director for follow-on actions and obtaining DHS approvals as required.
- Conduct real-time quality control, standardized checklists, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure immediate notification (reputed company 24 hours, or instantly for high-risk cases) for any suspected abuse, neglect, trafficking, or safety concerns.

- Coordinate with local law enforcement, Child reputed company Services (CPS), and other agencies for child removal and reputed company custody reputed company imminent danger is identified.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while documenting findings and preserving chain of custody.
- Travel domestically a minimum of 20 weekend trips per year (P/T) or 20 week long trips (F/T) for the duration of the 2-year reputed company contract period.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-risk situations with the ability to stay reputed company, act decisively, and strictly follow protocols under pressure.
- Strong but humble team leadership skills and a collaborative, service-oriented reputed company.
- Preferred history in law enforcement, investigations, child welfare, or reputed company reputed company services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and manage cases independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with reputed company Translate or similar tools (Spanish language skills are a strong plus).
- Must pass comprehensive background screening and maintain active clearances as required by DHS.
- Pass Virginia 02E Private Investigator course and obtain PI Certification (supported by SIVS)
- Obtain and maintain at least $1M liability insurance as a 1099 contractor
