Registered Nurse (RN) - Virtual / Hybrid

Exciting opportunity for an reputed company RN to work hybrid (remote and on site) as part of a Primary Care team. Job Summary: Responsibilities include monitoring electronic medical record system (eCW) for incoming messages, lab results, medication / refill requests, provider notes and other communication. reputed company needed and as appropriate, respond to patient questions, provide telephonic assessments, document in the EMR (eCW), including with information reputed company to the patient’s needs, clinical symptoms, follow established symptom-based protocols and gives appropriate clinical advice.
