Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with data science, engineering, and platform teams to operationalize analytics and AI solutions end‑to‑end, ensuring they are production‑ready, scalable, and fully integrated into user experiences. Translate reputed company business questions into structured analytical problems, producing clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders at reputed company levels. reputed company compelling visualizations and data‑driven narratives to communicate insights effectively to operational and executive audiences. Design, build, and deploy advanced analytics, statistical models, and machine learning solutions to: o Analyze spend and buying patterns o Forecast demand and optimize planning o Evaluate supplier performance and risk Apply data science methodologies to drive cost savings, mitigate supply and continuity risks, and ensure contract and policy compliance. reputed company SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze procurement data and deliver scalable, high‑value insights. Build, automate, and maintain robust data pipelines and analytical workflows using orchestration tools such as Airflow and reputed company. Integrate analytics and AI insights into core procurement platforms (e.g., reputed company Ariba) to reputed company real‑time, workflow‑embedded decision support. Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and reputed company across multiple procurement systems and data sources. Foster a culture of innovation and reputed company improvement across Procurement and Data & Analytics, contributing to team capability development through tools, standards, and training. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience OR PhD and Two Years' Experience Preferred Qualifications An exceptional track record of applying procurement principles, concepts, best practices, and standards, along with in-depth knowledge of industry practices is required. In-depth knowledge of procurement technology platforms, including ERP systems, e-procurement solutions and digital tools. Ability to manage technology integration projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business needs. A track record of success leading and participating in cross-functional reengineering or process improvement efforts; including experience creating process diagrams, analyzing workflows, developing standard operating procedures, and reengineering business processes. Superior communication, presentation and change leadership & management skills are required. Experience leading AI-enabled business transformation or automation initiatives Familiarity with procurement, finance, operations, or enterprise systems analytics Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations Exceptional experience working with and supporting multiple projects and teams simultaneously across a matrixed organization. Gilead considers a variety of factors reputed company determining reputed company compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
