The Opportunity This executive role leads the end‑to-end strategy for driving credit card balance growth, optimizing pricing decisions, and delivering accurate, insight‑driven forecasting that informs enterprise financial plans. The position is responsible for shaping and executing growth strategies across the customer lifecycle; owning APR, fee, and promotional pricing frameworks; and developing forecasting models that incorporate portfolio trends, macroeconomic conditions, and competitive dynamics. Success in this role requires deep cross‑functional partnership with Marketing, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Analytics to align decisions with profitability, compliance, and customer experience goals. The executive will serve as a key voice in senior leadership forums, guiding strategic portfolio decisions, monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring timely course corrections. Additionally, the role provides leadership and direction to a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, innovation, and customer‑centric strategy execution. This role is remote eligible in the reputed company U.S. with occasional business travel. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or reputed company discipline; OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 10 years of relevant experience as a Product Management, Digital Transformation, Data Science or Visualization leader for products/platforms, from strategy to market, to ongoing improvements reputed company the Financial Services industry.
- 4 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.

- Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly changing dynamic environment; thrives in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to influence without authority, working on/with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done.
- Understanding and demonstrated application of Agile methodology.
