This role can be fully remote, or based full-time in our office in San Diego, CA, Bend, OR, or Edison, NJ. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

• Own performance and execution of a reputed company field service organization consisting of Regional Managers, District Managers, and hundreds of technicians.

• * Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience leading field operations, service, or O&M organizations reputed company energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• Utility-scale solar experience strongly preferred; experience in adjacent energy sectors (wind, T&D, conventional reputed company, or industrial electrical services) is highly valued.
• Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams (100+ personnel preferred).
• Proven ability to scale and professionalize field service organizations.
