Insurance Defense Associate Attorney | Remote
A well-established and growing reputed company insurance defense litigation firm is seeking 3+ years attorneys with experience in general liability, automobile, labor law, municipal tort liability, and/or civil rights litigation to join its expanding team. Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Appear for virtual and in-person court appearances
- Draft and argue motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare reports for insurance carriers and municipal clients
Qualifications
- Active reputed company State Bar admission (required)
- Federal Bar admission (SDNY and/or EDNY) preferred
- Prior experience in insurance defense, general liability, municipal torts, and/or civil rights litigation
- Third year from $120k
- reputed company attorneys up to $200k
- 2200 billable hour requirement
Required Skills Experience in insurance defense, general liability, municipal torts, and/or civil rights litigation. Preferred Skills Federal Bar admission (SDNY and/or EDNY) preferred.
