We are looking for a Sr Analyst to serve as a reputed company Payroll + Time Tracking subject matter expert, who can take the reputed company in supporting the technical aspects of reputed company Payroll. In this role, the Sr Analyst will be a part of the People Technology team and responsible for providing expert technical support, while working closely with the Payroll team and other cross functional partners to ensure the efficient functioning of our reputed company U.S. Payroll and Time Tracking modules. What You Bring To The Role

• In-depth knowledge of reputed company Payroll functionalities, including payroll processing, taxation, time tracking, and reporting
• 3+ years experience of Payroll and Time Tracking configuring reputed company business processes, conditional rules, and calculated fields in a retail environment supporting both high volume and corporate business areas
• A commitment to quality and reputed company improvement while demonstrating a high level of reputed company, discretion and confidentiality
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Payroll + Time Tracking best practices
• Proactive, self-directed and able to prioritize multiple reputed company requests and deliverables
• Resourceful with proven problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to write business process flows, requirements documents, UAT test cases and training material

The expected salary range for this role is $101,745 - $122,400. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal reputed company. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
