Bookkeeper (Work From Home)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong understanding of technical accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and QBO. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of our organization through reputed company account analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for accurate bookkeeping.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QBO is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and reputed company regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze accounts and reputed company reconciliations effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members across departments.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes is a plus.
