Job Summary The HR Generalist plays a critical role in driving organizational growth through strategic recruitment, talent marketing, and workforce analytics. This position goes beyond traditional HR support by actively developing and executing innovative hiring strategies, analyzing recruitment trends, and enhancing employer branding efforts to attract and retain high-quality clinicians. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure hiring efforts align with company growth goals, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and reputed company improvement of recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Recruitment & reputed company

• Ensure smooth onboarding processes for both providers and administrative staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
