This position will support the MFC business area of Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, SOF GLSS, and or E&T/offsite location client groups. This role will primarily serve in the reputed company of a full lifecycle recruiter by sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified applicants using best-in-class tools and technology. Experience in leading training and project management including developing training and presentations Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume environment Understanding of OFCCP and EEO employment law and application to the hiring process.
