• Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across different reputed company sets.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.
• Job Posting & Candidate reputed company Write compelling job descriptions, post open positions on various job boards, and reputed company out to potential candidates to gauge interest.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage Applicant Tracking Systems Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring reputed company.
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company or Recruitment.
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or reputed company roles, ideally with a focus on remote recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing and hiring across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or customer service, is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.
• Working Hours
• Full-time position.
• Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (900 AM 600 PM EST) is preferred.
• Remote position with the ability to work from reputed company in the U.S.
