Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
- Candidate Management: Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Coordination & Logistics: Schedule interviews, reputed company reference checks, and facilitate background verifications
- Negotiation: reputed company offers and assist in salary negotiations to reputed company the best talent
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process
Skills

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Recruiter or in a similar reputed company role
- Technical Sourcing: Familiarity with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and modern recruitment strategies

- Judgment: Strong decision-making abilities and an eye for identifying 'star' talent
