The Opportunity: As an Email Marketing Specialist II, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized customer experiences that connect fans with the events they love. As a member of the CRM team, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution, optimization, and quality assurance of email, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns across the customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic aspects of CRM marketing.
