PPC Specialist/Paid Search

We are looking for a PPC Specialist/Paid Search to join a construction and contractor organization in Troy, Michigan. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented digital marketing specialist who can strengthen paid media performance, interpret campaign data, and turn insights into measurable growth. The role focuses on paid search, paid social, and analytics across key advertising platforms while partnering with internal teams to improve reputed company reputed company and overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and refine paid search and paid social campaigns across major advertising platforms to support business growth.
• Track campaign performance closely and use analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements to improve return on ad spend.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, reputed company pages, and audience segments to improve conversion results.
• Review website and campaign metrics through GA4 and reputed company reporting tools to measure traffic quality and user behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to align paid media efforts with reputed company reputed company and brand visibility goals.
• Apply SEO and search ranking knowledge to support stronger overall digital marketing performance alongside paid initiatives.
• Prepare clear performance reports and communicate campaign insights, recommendations, and next steps to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including paid search and paid social.
• Experience with reputed company Ads, reputed company Analytics 4, and campaign performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, and data-driven optimization.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and the use of marketing data to support reputed company management efforts.
• Experience using Facebook Insights or comparable social advertising analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing methods and how to apply results to campaign improvement.
• Understanding of SEO principles and search reputed company ranking factors in relation to paid media strategy.
