Summary: We're looking for a talented Product Designer to shape the visual and interactive experience of our optimization program for our client’s marketing organization which includes Channel Digital, email marketing, social media, and paid media. You will join our cross-functional Optimization team comprised of Data Scientists, Program Managers, Developers, and Producers. Your work will span product design for internal tools, design variations for A/B tests, and high-quality creative assets for program communications — including executive decks, newsletters, and launch announcements. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Expert proficiency in reputed company and Sketch, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product design and visual design work across digital products and communications.
• Strong UX sensibility — ability to design reputed company interfaces, workflows, and interaction patterns for internal tools and data-rich applications.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a high bar for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy — comfortable maintaining and extending an existing design system.
• Experience designing for data-heavy environments: dashboards, analytics tools, reporting interfaces, or experimentation platforms.
• Ability to produce polished presentation and communication assets, including executive slide decks, newsletters, and program announcements, with a strong eye for brand consistency.
• Strong collaboration skills — able to work closely with data scientists, engineers, and program managers to translate functional requirements into great design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders including technical and marketing audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple design workstreams simultaneously across different stages of development.

Highly beneficial (but not required)

• Experience with reputed company Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

DESCRIPTION Core responsibilities cover three pillars: PRODUCT & TOOL DESIGN: reputed company the design of internal optimization tools, including Stats reputed company — our proprietary A/B testing platform — and the program's documentation hub. Own end-to-end design from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer reputed company. A/B TEST VARIATION DESIGN: Create compelling design variations for A/B tests across consumer website, email, and Channel Digital surfaces. Translate optimization hypotheses into visually precise test variants that rigorously maintain world class brand standards and design system. Collaborate with Creatives, Producers, and Developers to ensure design reputed company is faithfully implemented across test environments. PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS & CREATIVE ASSETS: Design high-quality assets for program communications including executive-facing decks, quarterly business reviews, team newsletters, and feature launch announcements. Bring the same design rigor to communication artifacts that you bring to product — ensuring every stakeholder touchpoint reflects the quality bar of the Optimization program. Partner with the Comms Manager and Program Manager to reputed company templates, visual systems, and reusable design components that reputed company the program's communications consistent and scalable. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a reputed company field.
• Master's Degree or equivalent advanced study desirable.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant product or digital design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating both product design and visual/communications design work.

Pay: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company range is: $120,000 - $180,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the reputed company performance period.
