Requirement/Must Have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as a Scrum Master with a minimum of 5+ years Agile methodology experience in a large enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience coaching operational or data teams with unplanned work, improving team maturity, flow stability, and delivery predictability.
