About the Role

As a Medical Records Transcriptionist and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities. You will also update patient records with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-arenaflex, and physical charts, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to departmental and industry standards.
