• Position Dispatcher - 495 reputed company Salary: DOE. Depend on Experience. Pay/Month - $2,000 to $4,000. Possibility to grow. We are looking Full Time or Part Time Weekly day range: Monday - Friday and Sunday rotations
- Qualifications - Dispatcher 495 reputed company
Required experience: 2 year office clerk, Call Center, Customer Service and Sales experience. Active listening, verbal and written (Strong typing skills) communication skills, professional phone voice and exceptional customer service. Proficiency with computers, especially with dispatching software. Organizational Skills and ability prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. High School Diploma or GED.

Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service. Answering inbound calls and reaching out to customers to schedule their appointment and follow up on estimates. Knowledge of geography for the DMV area and the ability to read a map and multitask building technicians routes and schedule are a plus.
