Virtual Assistant for Home Care Agency (Social Media, Email & reputed company reputed company)

We are a growing home care agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, marketing efforts, and reputed company reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well, and can take initiative while working remotely. Experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based businesses is a plus (but not required). Responsibilities: Social Media Management & Marketing Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Assist with basic content creation (captions, engagement posts, promotions) Monitor comments and messages and flag leads or inquiries Help grow brand awareness and engagement Email Management & Marketing Communication Organize and manage inboxes Draft and send professional marketing and reputed company emails Follow up with leads, referral partners, and inquiries Maintain email lists and contact organization reputed company reputed company Research and identify potential leads (clients, referral sources, partners) Collect and organize contact information Assist with reputed company and follow-reputed company Track leads and responses in spreadsheets or CRM Administrative Support Data entry and document organization Calendar management and scheduling Assist with basic reporting and task tracking General virtual assistant duties as needed

Requirements
