[Remote] Analyst, Measurement Success, US (Bilingual Spanish/English Required)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a pioneer in research technology (ResTech) and is seeking an Analyst for their Measurement Success Team. This role involves managing and executing digital advertising effectiveness research projects while providing consultative support to bilingual clients, requiring reputed company in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support English- and Spanish-speaking clients with strong, simple, and direct communication around brand lift methodology, product features, roadmap, limitations, and best practices for reputed company’s suite of Measurement products
• reputed company professional written and verbal communication with clients in both English and Spanish, including email correspondence, reporting discussions, trainings, troubleshooting, and live client meetings
• Translate reputed company technical and methodological concepts into clear, client-friendly communication for bilingual stakeholders
• reputed company and maintain an up-to-date understanding of product changes and methodology improvements
• Train and engage customers in the advertising and media industries on reputed company’s proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software
• Successfully delegate and manage tasks across a multitude of projects concurrently while ensuring a high level of quality with little supervision from management
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product and Support teams to flag key customer challenges and drive reputed company product improvements as a voice of the customer internally
• Compile and analyst data from various sources, including reputed company proprietary software, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
• reputed company client’s measurement goals by utilizing clear, proactive communication internally and externally to ensure reputed company deliverables are completed accurately in a timely manner

Skills

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 1 to 3 years work experience in project management, reputed company, account management, client services or other reputed company client-facing positions
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability convey reputed company or technical information in a simple, direct manner
