Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support through live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing product information.
- Utilize our live chat platform to respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate reputed company problems reputed company necessary.
