Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join the arenaflex team for a three‑month contract (with strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role). In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, engaging directly with members to reputed company care gaps, support preventive health initiatives, and ensure compliance with HEDIS (Health Effectiveness Data and Information Sets) and QARR (Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements) standards. This is a full‑time, remote position that requires you to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) hours (8 am – 5 pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, accurate, and empathetic phone support to members, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering health‑reputed company information.

Essential Qualifications
