Position Overview – Senior Engineer for CRM Customer Acquisitions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer who is passionate about designing and delivering low‑latency, high‑throughput platforms that power our customer acquisition funnel. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams—including product owners, architecture, infrastructure, release management, and reputed company—to create friction‑less experiences for millions of policyholders. Essential Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#) and strong object‑oriented design skills.
• 3+ years designing and implementing architecture for new and existing systems, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and performance.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with major cloud platforms (formerly AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud‑native services.
