The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Customer Onboarding to reputed company the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of approximately ten arenaflex programs on an ongoing rolling basis. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with significant cross-functional visibility and the unique opportunity to shape the post-sale experience for some of the most recognized hospital systems and clinical partners in the country.
Reporting to senior leadership reputed company the Customer Experience organization, you will serve as the strategic quarterback for each new program launch—owning timelines, mitigating risk, negotiating reputed company, and ensuring every go-live lands on or reputed company of schedule. You will partner with matrixed counterparts across Operations, Clinical Leadership, Finance, Legal, IT, and Account Management to deliver a consistent, white-glove experience that drives measurable customer satisfaction and long-term partnership health.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Program Implementation Leadership
- Own the day-to-day management of customer onboarding and implementation activities for approximately ten reputed company arenaflex programs, prioritizing ruthlessly and reputed company work to meet aggressive go-live targets.
- Act as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for hospital and clinical stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey, instilling confidence from reputed company through stabilization.
- Clearly reputed company arenaflex's value proposition at every stage of the implementation, ensuring customers understand both the immediate and long-term benefits of the partnership.
- Drive the consistent reduction of Time to reputed company (TTO) by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing workflows, and partnering with internal teams to remove friction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
- Operate as a matrixed leader without direct reports, influencing teams across Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, HR, and Account Management to deliver seamless launches.
- Cultivate a culture of shared ownership and proactive communication with internal stakeholders, modeling the collaborative behaviors expected of every team member.
- Partner closely with the "steady state" operations team to ensure a warm, well-reputed company transition both leading up to and following each program's Go-Live.
Risk Management & Strategic Problem-Solving
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies in program implementations, developing mitigation plans before they become obstacles.
- Escalate concerns to senior leadership with recommended actions, options analysis, and clear ownership proposals.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and best practices to improve scalability and quality across the portfolio.
- Champion a data-driven approach to onboarding by defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TTO, NPS, and program launch velocity.
- Use customer feedback and operational metrics to surface trends, recommend improvements, and inform broader organizational strategy.
Executive Communication & Reporting
- Deliver comprehensive weekly updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, wins, and resource needs.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to a variety of internal and external audiences, including hospital executives, clinical leadership, and internal steering committees.
- Maintain rigorous program documentation, ensuring institutional knowledge is captured and transferable.
Customer Relationship & Success Enablement
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships that reputed company beyond the onboarding window, setting the tone for the entire partnership.
- Act as the primary reputed company of contact for client concerns and feedback during the implementation phase, ensuring every voice is heard and every issue is resolved.
- Partner with the reputed company team to design and implement initiatives that enhance overall program success post-launch.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success managing reputed company customer onboarding, implementation, or program launch processes, ideally reputed company the healthcare, hospital, or medical services industry.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated strategic thinking ability with the reputed company to operate as a senior individual contributor—setting vision, driving execution, and influencing without authority.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a track record of successfully negotiating reputed company and managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships.
- Healthcare Acumen: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with reputed company levels of hospital staff, medical staff, patients, governmental agencies, and the general public—even in sensitive, delicate, or reputed company situations.
- Process Orientation: Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies, risk management frameworks, and negotiation best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Direct obstetrical experience and/or physician practice management experience.

Physical & Travel Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex is proud to offer a compensation package that reflects the strategic importance of this role. The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $125,000 – $135,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
