As a Senior Help Desk and MAC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support for MAC and Windows environments, both remotely and onsite. - Technical Support: Provide phone support and remote remediation for workstation issues, troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies.
- Software Installations: Conduct remote installations of new software and upgrades, as well as service packs and reputed company updates.
- Onsite Support: Deliver onsite support and installations to clients reputed company necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Help Desk Support: Provide exceptional help desk support, analyzing and resolving end-user issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that technical information is conveyed in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
- Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience in MAC and PC support, with a strong focus on iMac and MacBook repairs, as well as OSX operating systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MAC and Windows operating systems, desktop applications, and a broad range of technologies.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or reputed company Certified Support Professional, are highly desirable.
