We are actively looking for full-time Family Connections Consultants (FCC) to provide a variety of services to support reputed company clients, including conducting home visits, completing assessments with the families engaged in services, and developing service plans pertaining to goals set by DCS. This is an in-person position, but allows for some remote duties.
