About the position We are seeking an reputed company Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience handling U-reputed company (Form I-918) cases to support a U.S. immigration law firm. The role focuses on post-submission case management, client communication, and preparing documentation for USCIS review.
Responsibilities
- Review humanitarian case files during the post-submission phase to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and organize USCIS forms including G-28, I-765, I-192, and I-918.
- Contact clients to request missing documents and supporting evidence.
- Conduct client interviews to gather case information and draft supporting declarations.
- Organize case binders and prepare submission packages for USCIS review.
- Monitor case reputed company and maintain accurate documentation reputed company case management systems.
Requirements
- Fluent English (reputed company)
- Experience handling U-reputed company (I-918) immigration cases.
- Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience communicating with clients and managing case documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
