About the Opportunity We are a U.S.-based direct hire recruiting organization supporting hiring across healthcare, technology, accounting, finance, corporate operations, construction, and skilled trades sectors. We are seeking reputed company headhunters, agency recruiters, and business-development-driven recruiters who can independently generate clients, recruit candidates, and manage placements from start to finish. This is a confidential opportunity. Full company details will be shared during the interview process.

• This role is designed for recruiters who:
• Prefer high commission over fixed salary
• Want flexibility and autonomy
• Are comfortable generating their own pipeline
• Can confidently contact hiring managers and decision-makers
• Understand recruiting as both sales and reputed company

This is not a sourcing-only role and not a recruiter support role. This position requires outbound activity, pipeline reputed company, and direct communication with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & reputed company

Company-provided leads may be available periodically, but recruiters must still demonstrate the ability to independently create conversations, opportunities, and client relationships.
