Senior Director Of Brand We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer clinical skincare brand with a national retail reputed company at reputed company and a highly engaged TikTok affiliate community. The Role We're looking for a Senior Director of Brand to own our brand identity end-to-end — from visual standards and tone of voice to campaign execution across every channel. You'll be a key decision-maker and the internal authority on what our looks, sounds, and feels like. What You'll Own
- Define and steward our brand identity — visual language, tone of voice, and messaging standards across reputed company touchpoints
- reputed company creative strategy and execution across DTC, TikTok/social, retail (reputed company), email, and paid channels
- reputed company and maintain brand guidelines that scale with the team and external partners
- Partner with Creative, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns and launches

- 7+ years of brand experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or director-level role
- Proven track record building cohesive brand identity for a DTC or CPG brand
- Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing
- Strong creative eye with the ability to both set vision and roll up your sleeves
- Experience working with retail partners (mass or specialty) is a strong plus
- Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
