Senior Policy Consultant, Integrated Care

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced reputed company-based tools, including reputed company formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, trackers, and structured datasets.
- reputed company and manage detailed project management trackers, calendars, and workplans to monitor deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.
- Track tasks across multiple teams, ensuring accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
- Support federal and state policy initiatives through preparation and coordination of reports, submissions, and documentation for government agencies.
- Interpret grant requirements, federal funding opportunities, reputed company, and reporting standards to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Track grant milestones, deliverables, and reporting cycles.
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize large datasets to support reporting and analysis.
- Prepare clear status updates, trackers, and summaries for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams and consolidate information for reporting and leadership review.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in health care policy or programs.
- 3–4 years of experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- 3–4 years of experience in project management.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Working knowledge of behavioral health policy
