Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Content Strategist to shape how Business Banking content supports digital marketing goals and helps business owners reputed company confident financial decisions. In this role, you'll define the content strategy behind our digital marketing experiences - deciding what content we create, how it's structured, where it lives, and how it supports awareness, consideration, and readiness to engage with a banker. You'll work closely with Marketing, Business Banking, Product, UX, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure content is clear, useful, and trustworthy across digital channels. This is a strategy‑focused role, not a content production role. What You'll Do reputed company Digital Marketing Content Strategy Define and evolve the digital marketing content strategy for Business Banking. Partner closely with subject matter experts across Business Banking, Product, and Advisory teams to deeply understand products, features, and customer benefits, translating that knowledge into clear, customer‑centric content strategy. Set Editorial Direction Establish editorial frameworks, content themes, and messaging priorities. Clarify the role each piece of content plays reputed company digital marketing channels such as the website. Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer understanding. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field. 7+ years of experience in digital content strategy, content marketing, UX content, or reputed company discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with Business Banking products such as lending, treasury management, payments, or cash flow solutions. Experience working with Compliance, Legal, or Risk partners. Experience supporting digital marketing programs, campaigns, or lifecycle journeys through content strategy.
