Company and Role Description Job Title: Credentialing Specialist – DoD & VA Project (Remote, U.S. reputed company Only) Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract (40 hrs/week) | Potential for Extension Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based Only) Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required About the Role: We seek an reputed company Credentialing Specialist to support a high-reputed company project with the reputed company (DoD) and Veteran Affairs (VA) . This fully remote, full-time contract role requires expertise in provider and facility credentialing, particularly reputed company reputed company and regulated healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process provider and facility credentialing applications by DoD and VA requirements Verify provider credentials, licenses, certifications, education, training, and experience Maintain and update credentialing data using industry-standard tools (e.g., Cactus , CAQH ) Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely onboarding and re-credentialing Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards Track expirables and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government contract 5+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, including facility and provider enrollment Prior experience supporting DoD, VA, or other federal healthcare programs is highly preferred Proficiency with credentialing software such as Cactus Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, CMS, and other regulatory standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Contract Details: Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months with potential for extension Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) Work Environment: 100% Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
