About the position The Women's Imaging Center, a division of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Medical Records Transcriptionist and Data Entry Specialist. This role is essential for accurately transcribing radiology reports and managing patient records, ensuring timely and precise documentation to support patient care. The position requires on-site reputed company and offers some flexibility in hours based on the radiologists' schedules.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities.

• Update patient records with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-reputed company, and physical charts.

• Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, adhering to departmental and industry standards.
