Key Responsibilities

• Review and organize medical records according to established guidelines and procedures
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records by verifying patient information and medical history
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of medical records at reputed company times
• Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information in medical records
• Communicate with healthcare providers and other parties to obtain missing information or clarify record details
• Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve information

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on industry changes and advancements Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with medical records in a healthcare setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
