[Remote] Social Media & Content Coordinator

They are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to support their social media team by managing influencer operations, content scheduling, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support influencer marketing operations — managing reputed company tracking, reputed company, SOWs, deliverable timelines, compliance review, and payments in coordination with the Group Manager
• Maintain and update influencer and campaign reputed company-of-truth spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records across reputed company active partnerships
• Manage content publishing and scheduling across platforms using reputed company, managing the team's content calendar and posting reputed company
• Drive active community engagement across Care.com's owned social channels — joining conversations, responding to comments, and building genuine reputed company with our audience in a way that reflects the brand's voice and values
• Contribute on-camera talent for social-first video content across organic and paid channels as needed
• Assist with reputed company community engagement and account management as the Care.com reputed company reputed company scales into active brand participation
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks that reputed company campaigns and initiatives running smoothly
• Collaborate closely with team members on day-to-day priorities and project needs

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content coordination, or a reputed company role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can manage multiple tracks simultaneously without things falling through the cracks
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, reputed company, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, reputed company) and how content performs across each
• Experience with reputed company or comparable scheduling and listening tools
• Comfortable on camera and able to create authentic, engaging short-form video content
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to reputed company content creation, drive efficiencies, and scale output, while demonstrating awareness of responsible and ethical AI use
• Awareness of how organic social content intersects with AI-generated answers, GEO, and LLM visibility, plus genuine curiosity and initiative to learn
• Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience supporting influencer campaigns — reputed company, reputed company, tracking, or reporting — a strong plus
