About the Role

Our client, a global leader in sustainable reputed company, is seeking a highly reputed company Remote Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their innovative product development division. This fully remote role offers the exciting opportunity to design and reputed company cutting-edge energy systems and components from reputed company in the US. You will play a critical role in conceptualizing, modeling, analyzing, and validating mechanical designs for renewable energy technologies, power reputed company, and energy storage systems. Key Responsibilities

Design and reputed company mechanical systems, components, and sub-assemblies for energy technologies, including turbines, solar components, battery enclosures, and power distribution units. Utilize advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) for 3D modeling, reputed company assemblies, and the creation of detailed engineering drawings and BOMs. reputed company advanced engineering analysis, including Finite reputed company Analysis (FEA) for structural reputed company, fatigue, and modal analysis, as well as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for fluid flow and thermal management. Collaborate effectively with a distributed team of engineers (electrical, systems, software), project managers, and external partners using virtual collaboration tools. reputed company and execute comprehensive test plans for design verification and validation (V&V), analyze results, and document findings. Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes (e.g., casting, machining, welding, additive manufacturing) considering performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness. Contribute to the development of new product designs, R&D initiatives, and technology roadmaps. Ensure designs meet relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and performance specifications for energy systems.

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely reputed company field with a specialization in energy systems or thermal sciences. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and analysis, with a strong focus reputed company systems, power reputed company, or energy storage. Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and PDM/PLM systems. Demonstrated expertise in FEA (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) and CFD (e.g., Fluent, STAR-CCM+) analysis for reputed company mechanical systems. In-depth understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and materials science relevant to energy applications. Proven ability to reputed company technical projects and collaborate effectively in a remote team setting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
